SACRED HEART DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL CENTER, INC. is the clinic that specializes in pre-employment and annual medical examination for local and overseas workers. We occupy 500 sqm. area and every department is compartmentalized (Dental, Ultrasound, X-ray, Optical, Laboratory, ECG, Treadmill Stress Test, Drug Testing Area, Audiometry, Psychological Testing Room) for a more efficient medical process.

SACRED HEART DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL CENTER, INC. is duly accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

The Clinic being ISO Certified, follows the scope of its Quality Management System based on the precepts of ISO 9001-2015 which provides pre-employment medical examinations for both land-based, local and overseas workers to detrermine their medical fitness for employment.


In 1995, the Sacred Heart Diagnostic Medical Clinic registered at the Department of Trade and Industry as a sole proprietorship.

In 1996, the clinic was accredited by the Department of Health and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and since then, have renewed yearly, with no single problem encountered by the patients examined for overseas employment.

On April 23, 1999, the clinic became a family corporation and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under its present name, Sacred Heart diagnostic Medical Center, Inc.

In 1997 to present date, the clinic became the official clinic and medical partner of the CBCP-Episcopal Commission on Clergy, headed by our very own Archbishop of Manila Cardinal Elect, Gaudencio CARDINAL B. Rosales. Presently, the clinic has the dream to service all priests, religious and the poor, in its upcoming medical-dental missions in the very near future.

On March 5, 2005, SHDMCI was blessed and inaugurated by no less that His Exellency, Rev. Fr, Gaudencio Rosales D.D., Archbishop of Manila, as the clinic relocated to a bigger and better area in Paseo de Magallanes, Makati City.

On September 30, 2005, SHDMCI was given the award as the "Most Outstanding Small Business Enterprise in Makati City, category SERVICE" by the Makati Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), with automatic membership by the prestigiuos body.

On October 21, 2005 SHDMCI renewed its ISO Certifiacation with SGS Philippines - UKAS, Certified last December 2005.

SACRED HEART DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL CENTER, INC. (SHDMCI) on record was chosen by United Kingdom (UK) Department of Health, together with the POEA to be the sole medical reatainer for all their market (more specifically nurses), from January 2002 up to January 2006, which speaks well of the clinic's integrity, with no single problem realated to the medical results of nurses who have gone through the medical protocol and facilities.

In the Year 2007, December, the clinic put up a foundation, "SACRED HEART PRIESTLY MISSION FOUNDATION, INC.", with His eminence Gaudencio Cardinal B. Rosales as Chairman of the foundation, with the Medical Director (Dr. Luzviminda S. Jose) as the President. The two (2) main purposes of the foundation are the continuation of the medical-dental missions nationwide and medical assistance for the priests and religious.

In 2009, the British Chamber of Commerce-Philippines accredited Sacred Heart Diagnostic Medical Center, Inc. as one of its corporate members.

In 2010, the medical clinic upgraded its ISO certification to the ISO 9001:2008 version certified by SGS-UKAS.

In 2010 up to present, SHDMCI was appointed by National Ambulance Company (NAC) to conduct Pre-employment medical examination toi emergency medical technician candidates hired under the government to government hiring program.

In 2015 up to present, SHDMCI was appointed by Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS) to conduct Pre-employment medical examinations for Filipino nurse and careworker candidates under the Japan Economic Partnership Agreement.

In December 2017, twelve (12) delegates from the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) of Korea together with the representatives from POEA visited the Philippines and included SHDMCI in their itinerary.

In December 2018, SHDMCI renewed and upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 version with Global Group United Kingdom.

In January 2019, SHDMCI renewed the Department of Health (DOH) license and given up to three (3) years certificte of accreditation.

Also in January 2019, Drug Test License was renewed to the clinic.

We support this commitment by adopting and implementing a quality system of standards and procedures as requires by the Department of Health (DOH), ISO 9001:2015, Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) and Philippine Overseas Employment Authority (POEA).

We also support our commitment by developing company resources to meet and satisfy our clients stated and implied needs by hiring competent staff as well as ensuring that all equipment are maintained in excellent working conditions.
